Outside CLO, PC (“Outside CLO”) operates www.OutsideCLO.com ("Site"). We are required by law to let you know how we collect, use, and disclosure your personal data and the choices you have associated with that data disclosure. 


Most importantly, WE DON'T SELL YOUR INFORMATION! 


But, we DO use your data to improve the Site. By using the Site, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

Outside CLO may disclose your Personal Data in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to (a) comply with a legal obligation; (b) protect and defend the rights or property of Outside CLO; (c ) prevent or investigate possible wrongdoing in connection with the Service; (d) protect the personal safety of users of the Service or the public; (e) protect against legal liability.

Security Procedures

Outside CLO implements a variety of security measures to protect Personal Data received by Outside CLO, including limiting its accessibility to a limited number of authorized persons who have special access rights to such systems. We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the Personal Data submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. But, no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. So, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data, we can’t guarantee its absolute security.

We may employ third parties ("Service Providers") to (a) facilitate our Site; (b) provide the Service on our behalf, and (c) perform Site-related services or to assist us in analyzing how our Site is used. These third parties have access to your Personal Data only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

Our Site may contain links to other sites that are not operated by us. If you click on a third-party link, you’ll be directed to that third party's site. Review the Privacy Policy of every site you visit. We’ve no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.

 Childrens' Privacy

Our Site doesn’t address anyone under the age of 18 ("Child(ren)"). We don’t knowingly collect Personal Data from anyone under the age of 18. If you’re a parent or guardian and you’re aware that your Child has given us Personal Data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from Children without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information. 

Google Analytics is a web analytics service offered by Google that tracks and reports website traffic. Google uses the data collected to track and monitor the use of our Site. This data is shared with other Google services. Google may use the collected data to contextualize and personalize the ads of its advertising network. You can opt-out of having made your activity on the Site available to Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. The add-on prevents the Google Analytics JavaScript (ga.js, analytics.js, and dc.js) from sharing information with Google Analytics about visits activity. Data Retention

We’ll retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide customer service. If you wish to cancel your account or request that we no longer use your information, contact us at amy.osteen@outsideclo.com. We’ll retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Social Media

OutsideCLO.com may include Social Media Features, such as the Facebook Like button and Widgets, such as the Share this button or interactive mini-programs that run on the Websites. These features may collect your IP address, which page you’re visiting on the sites, and may set a cookie to enable the feature to function properly. Social Media Features and Widgets are either hosted by a third party or hosted on the Websites. Your interactions with these features are governed by the privacy policy of the company providing it.

Changes to this Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We’ll notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page before the change becomes effective.  You’re advised to check back for changes.
